Winter is the Perfect Time for Creative Fun: Book Your Art Sessions Now!

Winter is the perfect time to gather friends and family for creative fun. I’m excited to announce that I am now taking bookings for December, January, and February. Whether you want a cozy paint night at home or another client provided location, planning ahead ensures you get the best time slot for your group. In this post, I’ll share everything you need to know about booking your winter art sessions, including scheduling tips, location options, and travel considerations.

Why Booking Early Matters for Winter Art Sessions

Winter evenings and weekends fill up quickly with holiday plans and family gatherings. I recommend reaching out or booking your session as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time. Here’s why early booking helps:

  • More time options: Weekday evenings after 6 PM and weekends are popular, but booking early gives you access to the best slots.

  • Special requests: If you want a time or date not listed, early contact allows me to accommodate your needs with a special request.

  • Better planning: Early bookings help me prepare the right materials and setup for your group size and preferences.

By planning ahead, you avoid last-minute stress and guarantee a fun, relaxed art experience for everyone.

Choosing the Right Location for Your Paint Night

One of the great things about these winter art sessions is flexibility. You can choose between hosting a paint night at home or using a client provided location such as a community center, clubhouse, or rented space. Here are some points to consider when deciding:

  • Paint night at home: This option offers comfort and convenience. You control the environment, snacks, and seating. It’s perfect for families or close friends who want a relaxed, intimate setting.

  • Client provided location: If your home isn’t ideal for painting or you want a larger space, a client provided location, or special request works well. Just make sure the space has enough room for your group and is easy to clean up afterward. If you need help finding a location to hold your event, reach out to me for a special request.

If you’re unsure which option fits your group best, I’m happy to discuss details and help you decide.

Scheduling Details and Weekend Availability

During the week, I am available for bookings after 6 PM. This timing works well for those who have daytime commitments like work or school. On weekends, my schedule is more open, offering more flexibility for daytime or evening sessions.

Here’s a quick overview:

  • Weekdays: Available after 6 PM

  • Weekends: More open availability, including daytime and evening

  • Special requests: If you need a different time, or help finding a location, email me to discuss options

Booking early is especially important for weekend sessions, as these tend to fill up faster.

Travel and Additional Fees

If your chosen location is more than 15 to 20 minutes away from my base, there may be an additional fee to cover gas and travel time. This helps me provide the best service without compromising on quality or timing.

To avoid surprises:

  • Let me know your location when you inquire.

  • I will confirm any additional fees before finalizing your booking.

  • If you prefer, you can choose a location closer to my base to avoid extra charges.

This policy ensures fairness and transparency for all clients.

What to Expect During Your Winter Art Session

Each session is designed to be fun, engaging, and stress-free. Whether you’re an experienced artist or a beginner, I guide you step-by-step through the painting process. Here’s what you can expect:

  • All materials provided: Brushes, paints, canvases, and aprons are included.

  • Clear instructions: I walk you through the project with easy-to-follow steps.

  • Relaxed atmosphere: Enjoy the company of your group while creating your own artwork.

  • Take-home art: You leave with a finished painting to display or gift.

This makes the sessions perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking to try something new this winter.

Tips for a Successful Paint Night

To make the most of your winter art booking, consider these tips:

  • Choose a comfortable space: Whether at home or a client provided location, ensure there’s enough room for everyone to paint comfortably.

  • Plan snacks and drinks: Having refreshments on hand adds to the fun and keeps energy up.

  • Invite the right group size: Small to medium groups work best for a relaxed experience.

These simple steps help create a smooth and enjoyable event for all.

How to Book Your Winter Art Session

Booking is easy. Just reach out via email with your preferred dates, times, and location details. If your desired slot isn’t listed, don’t hesitate to ask for a special request. I’m happy to work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.

Remember, winter is a busy season, so the sooner you book, the better your chances of securing your ideal time.
